PET NEEDS The Fractured Party (SOLD OUT)

Never one to miss an opportunity, local boys-done-well PET NEEDS return to Colchester smack-bang in the middle of a two-day bank holiday to bring their headline show, “THE FRACTURED PARTY”, to Three Wise Monkeys.

Formed by brothers George and Johnny Marriott, PET NEEDS are a punk fuelled melodic rock four-piece from Colchester. Their debut album ‘Fractured Party Music’ (out now on Xtra Mile Recordings) was produced by Tom Donovan and mixed and mastered by friend and fan Frank Turner. It is a clutch of anti-anthems inspired by the disastrous job interviews, self-destruction and river journeys on inflatable kayaks that have defined their lives so far.

2021 has seen PET NEEDS blast out of lockdown at an eye-watering speed, smashing main-stage sets at Manchester Apollo, Hull Bonus Arena and Roundhouse Camden to name but a few. With their 2022 diary rapidly filling up including a 29-date UK tour with Frank Turner, German tour with Skinny Lister and much more to be announced, THE FRACTURED PARTY will be a glorious celebration, sending our proud Colchestarians off in style.

Hand-curated by the band, the night’s support line-up showcases the very best of Colchester talent, who between them this year have headlined major festival stages, killed sets all over the UK and in Europe, received rave reviews in national press and more than anything, have all been bloody brilliant:

The band will be carrying on the party from 12am – 2am at Coda Colchester, with a Fractured Party DJ set from the legendary DJ Pressplay.

Doors are at 6 o’clock with music from the off, so make sure you get down early!
