Keeping you and our team safe and well

Our Monkey venues are making their way back, slowly but surely. To make sure you and our staff stay safe whilst you’re with us, we’ve put some simple measures in place.

What we’re doing

All of our staff, both front of house and in the kitchen, will be wearing gloves and face masks at all times.

All collections, both by delivery drivers and customers, are fully contactless.

Our staff will be sanitising high-contact surfaces frequently across the venue.

What we’re asking you to do

Please respect social distancing and keep at least a 1m distance from customers and staff at all times.

Please bring a face covering to wear when queuing for the toilet and moving around the venue.

Please do not arrive before your collection time. You may be asked to queue outside; thank you for cooperating with our staff.

Please follow the one-way system we have put in place, and pay attention to the floor markings around the venue.

Please do not enter the venue if you or anyone in your household has symptoms: a persistent dry cough, a fever, or a loss of taste and/or smell.
