Monkey is the best way to save money and make the most of your visit to a Pasini Leisure venue. Monkey app users get access to exclusive deals all year round, as well as other perks like early access to events tickets at Three Wise Monkeys and being the first to know about new promotions and offers.

Yes! You can collect points through Monkey Rewards, our loyalty scheme that is replacing our existing Loyalty Reward Cards. Earn 10 points (worth 10p) for every £1 you spend and redeem them in any venue – it’s basically 10% off for life! You can also transfer your points from your old loyalty card to Monkey in-app.

You’ll find your offers by swiping left on the My Rewards section of the app. To use an offer, simply tap on its card, and show your screen to one of our friendly bar staff when you’re placing your order. Offers can’t be used retroactively.

Monkey is availiable on iOS and Android devices through the App Store and Google Play respectively.

The Monkey team is able to see general statistics about spend and purchasing in our venues, but we can’t see individual users’ purchase histories. This information is stored securely and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the user themselves.

Monkey Rewards works in the same way as our existing loyalty scheme, just with more points involved:

• Collect 10 points for £1 worth of spend in any venue
• Redeem 100 points for £1 worth of credit at the bar or in the restaurant

The best way to think of it is that membership is essentially 10% off for life!

Every Monkey App user is part of the Rewards scheme by default. All you need to do is register for the app.

You can transfer the points on your old loyalty card to your Monkey Rewards account. All you need to do is send us your email (the email address you signed up for Monkey with) and your existing loyalty card number (which begins with PL and is found under the barcode on the back) using the form on this page or by emailing us at [email protected].

For the time being, your old card will still be accepted in venue.

When you arrive at the venue, before you place your order, you need to Check In by opening the app and pressing the grey button at the top of the screen. Checking in works by location, so you need to be inside the venue before pressing the button. You cannot check in unless you allow the app access to your device’s location.

When ordering, tell the member of bar or restaurant staff serving you that you want to spend Monkey App points and they will happily oblige!

Your points are not redeemable for cash.

We strongly encourage you to switch to and use Monkey Rewards instead of your old card. Loyalty cards will continue to be accepted for the time being, but new cards will no longer be issued.
